About the Role

We're seeking a passionate, self-motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our winning team and contribute to CoVar's growth. This role offers uncapped commissions and numerous opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of carriers by identifying, sourcing, and building relationships with trucking companies.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, negotiate rates, and service the existing carrier network.
• Utilize CoVar's software to handle daily operational tasks and shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure CoVar remains at the forefront of industry standards.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
• Motivated to achieve and surpass sales quotas.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment that requires problem-solving and decision-making.

Required Skills
