Job Description

A growing and well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Mill-Turn Programmer to join their team on 1st shift . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to work with advanced equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mill-turn machines to produce precision components
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and setup sheets to determine machining processes
• Program machines using Esprit or manual CNC programming methods
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Conduct routine machine maintenance, including tool changes and upkeep
• Troubleshoot machine or production issues to minimize downtime
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience operating CNC mill-turn or similar equipment
• Strong knowledge of CNC setup, operation, and programming
• Experience with multi-axis machining preferred
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems; Esprit experience is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/shop floor setting with moderate noise levels
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Hands-on role requiring strong manual dexterity
