Teachers benefit from strong professional support, modern teaching facilities, and the chance to be part of a mission-driven institution shaping the next generation of globally minded learners.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the construction and day-to-day management of the senior high division teaching team, motivating staff and ensuring consistent teaching qualityOversee the implementation, development, and quality assurance of the IB DP, A-Level, and AP programmesEnsure curriculum planning, teaching delivery, and assessment practices align with programme standards and academic expectationsOrganize and support authorization, evaluation, inspection, or review processes related to the relevant international programmesCoordinate regular teaching and research activities within the division, and support the planning and development of new coursesEstablish and manage training and induction systems for both local and expatriate teachersMonitor and supervise teaching quality, and lead programme quality assessment and evaluation processesSupport students’ academic progress and university preparation by ensuring strong programme delivery and academic guidanceActively participate in curriculum optimization, curriculum development, and teaching improvement initiatives in line with the school’s education strategyWork closely with the campus on operational matters such as teaching administration, student discipline, and safety managementMaintain strong cross-department collaboration, supporting school-wide priorities such as recruitment and enrollment activitiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with Education or a related field preferredTeaching qualification such as QTS, PGCE, TEFL, or national teaching certificationAt least 6 years of teaching experience, including 3+ years of coordinator and/or leadership experiencePrevious experience with IB DP, A-Level, and/or AP programmes preferredStrong understanding of international curriculum delivery, assessment, and academic quality standardsSalary and benefitsCompetitive monthly salary, commensurate with experience and qualificationsAnnual flight allowance of up to 10,000 RMBRelocation allowance of up to 2,000 RMBMedical insurance arranged by the schoolFree lunch and shuttle bus from designated stationChristmas, Chinese New Year, and summer holidaysWork visa providedLaptop provided by the school
