Job Description:
We are currently hiring Customer Support Associates to assist with in-person community events and public outreach. This role focuses on providing a positive experience while supporting event operations in a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Interact with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner
Provide basic information and answer general questions
Support event setup, breakdown, and daily activities
Work alongside team members to ensure smooth operations
