Job DescriptionOur local HH Division is recruiting a **Data Business Partner** to act as a primary liaison between data teams and business areas, enabling collaborative facilitation & guiding data-driven decision making.This role focuses on understanding business priorities, translating those into data needs, building analytics capability within business teams, and ensuring data products are fit for purpose and used effectively to improve public services. In short-term, this position will be focused on **GTM & SIP processes**.**Key Responsibilities*** **Strategic & operational partnering:** translate business needs into prioritized ROI-focused data initiatives and success KPIs.* **Communication & stakeholder influence:** lead key conversations to align priorities, building compelling narratives that effectively communicate technical or strategic trade-offs and limitations in business-oriented language.* **Orchestration:** coordinate discovery and prioritization of analytics and data products that drive revenue and optimize operations.
