Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with at least two years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and brand voice.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform strategy.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to improve ROI and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Conditions & Compensation:

This is an hourly position offering a competitive rate of $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. The role may be remote or hybrid, depending on company needs. Flexible scheduling may be available, but candidates should be able to meet deadlines and maintain consistent communication with the team.
