Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process vehicle title and registration documents with precision.
  • Submit paperwork to the CT DMV and monitor completion timelines.
  • Handle out-of-state registrations efficiently.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic records of transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on CT title and registration requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams, customers, and DMV contacts as needed.
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and track vehicle titles and MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin).

Qualifications We're Seeking:

  • Prior automotive dealership or DMV experience preferred – bring your expertise to our team!
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly.
  • Some nights and weekends are required.

Compensation and Benefits:
