This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in project management and coordination. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams by assisting with planning, scheduling, and communicating project activities. You will be responsible for helping to ensure that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and resources are efficiently allocated. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and files.
• Help identify potential risks and issues and escalate them appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
