I've been working with this client for a while now and honestly, this is one of the better opportunities I've come across for the right person. They're a solid GC with a strong project pipeline and they genuinely invest in the people they bring on — this isn't a role where you'll be left to figure things out on your own.
They're looking for an Estimator who takes real pride in the detail. Someone who doesn't just run numbers, but actually understands what's behind them. If you've got 5+ years in estimating on the GC side and a background in Engineering or Computer Science, I'd love to hear from you.
