NHS Mechanical is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of commercial systems.
• Complete detailed service reports and work orders, accurately documenting work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Provide clear and professional communication with clients, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior PM technicians and apprentices.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
