IN-HOME SALES DESIGNER
Sales Manager Opportunity | In-Home Consultations | Canvassing | CRM-Driven Follow-Up Bumble Bee Blinds is building a high-performance sales team, and we are looking for someone who can create opportunity, guide homeowners with confidence, and close business the right way. This is polished, customer-facing selling inside finished homes where professionalism, presentation, follow-through, and production matter.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $3,000 per month base compensation
• 15% of gross profit on closed deals

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Generating new business through canvassing, neighborhood outreach, and soft door knocking
• Running in-home consultations and helping clients choose custom window covering solutions
• Following a proven sales process and script while still bringing confidence and personality to each appointment
• Managing your opportunities, notes, follow-up, and next steps inside the CRM
• Closing sales and helping ensure a smooth handoff from signed proposal to completed installation
• Representing Bumble Bee Blinds professionally in customers' homes and in the field
