Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in El Monte, CA, for an Inside Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with current and potential customers, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include generating and following up on leads, responding to client inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will also collaborate with other departments to meet sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Expertise in Account Management and building client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is advantageous
