Who We Are

At Robinson & Casey, we believe that compassion and doing things the right way go hand in hand. We specialize in Behavioral Health Law — the Marchman Act and Guardianship — which means we walk alongside families in the hardest moments of their lives, guiding them down proven legal paths to lifesaving treatment for their loved ones.

We're not just in the business of law. We're in the business of helping families rebuild, recover, and move forward — through systems that work, processes we trust, and a team that shows up for every family we serve.

Our values — Honesty, Courage, Integrity, Empathy, Perseverance, and Service — guide everything we do.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $58,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact: Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Conduct meaningful conversations: Gather key information to understand each potential client’s situation and determine if we can help.
  • Keep us organized: Enter client information into our case management system accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the legal and sales team: Schedule consultations, share intake summaries, and make sure our team members have everything they need before meeting a client.
  • Follow up with compassion: Check in with potential clients and ensure no one slips through the cracks.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Handle every case and client with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide office oversight: Place supply orders, organize inbound and outbound mail, ensure office tidiness, etc.
Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine desire to help people during difficult times.
  • Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Hubspot, or similar).
  • The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
