The Opportunity

  • The Learning Experience Specialist will design and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that bring our STEM products to life. In this role, you’ll create high-quality instructional content—projects, lessons, and tutorials—that help educators and students successfully use our products in the classroom and beyond.
  • As a key member of the Product Management team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure learning materials are aligned with product features and user needs. You’ll also play an important role in shaping and improving our CreXo Classroom platform, using educator feedback and data insights to continuously enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains instructional materials, including projects, lessons, tutorials, and onboarding resources that support product use and adoption
  • Leads the organization and continuous improvement of the CreXo Classroom platform to ensure intuitive navigation and content accessibility
  • Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Curriculum teams to align learning materials with product features and user needs
  • Leads the development and refinement of content standards, templates, and quality guidelines to ensure consistency across learning materials
  • Gathers, analyzes, and incorporates educator feedback, user insights, and usage data to improve content effectiveness and user experience
  • Identifies gaps in learning materials and drives enhancements to support product adoption and engagement
  • Creates content directly, including general STEM activities and product-integrated learning experiences
  • Coordinates and provides direction to external curriculum developers and contributors, including supporting content briefs and review processes
  • Leads external learning engagements, including webinars, training sessions, and educator-facing events
  • Partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure learning materials support messaging and customer needs
  • Builds and maintains relationships with educators and users to better understand classroom implementation and instructional challenges
  • Tracks performance of learning materials and drives ongoing improvements based on feedback and data
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for learning experience development across CreXo products

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing curriculum, learning activities, or instructional materials (e.g., project-based learning, lessons, or classroom resources)
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning experience design

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with STEM, robotics, or computer science education
  • Familiarity with classroom implementation and educator workflows
  • Experience supporting scalable content systems or curriculum frameworks
  • Experience working with digital learning platforms or content ecosystems
  • Experience using data or feedback to improve instructional materials
  • Experience working with external contributors or freelance curriculum developers
  • Familiarity with coding platforms, physical computing, or tools such as micro:bit or similar

Work Location

  • This role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work from a home office with regular onsite collaboration at our Sharon, Massachusetts office, and occasional visits to our headquarters in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional travel required (up to 30% annually) to attend conferences, trade shows, and educator engagement events

Compensation

  • The expected compensation range for this position is $70,000 – 90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
