Littleton Joyce Ughetta & Kelly LLP, a mid-sized, national law firm with a diverse complex litigation practice, is in search of a full-time legal assistant to provide support to attorneys in our Radnor, PA office. Required Skills:

• Able to transcribe dictation
• Team oriented and able to work in a multi-office, fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, able to follow up, prioritize and follow through
• Quick learner, tech savvy, strong organizational, writing and communications skills
• Ability to handle competing deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Maintain a personable and professional attitude with clients and all levels of staff.

Duties:

· E-filing (state and federal)

· Check requests

· Expense reports

· Time entry

· Drafting Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities

· Transcription/dictation

· Scheduling depositions

· Making travel arrangements

· Ordering office supplies

· Saving materials to electronic database

· Managing calendars

· Preparing exhibits for filings

· Perform daily case management duties, including maintaining and organizing case correspondence, pleadings, discovery, expert materials, and client documents;

· Assist with deposition, hearing, and trial preparation;

· Assist with e-discovery;

· Collaborate with internal resources and external vendors to prepare and serve document productions and logs;

· Process and track medical record/employment/social security/FOIA requests;

· Handle additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Must have familiarity with litigation process and motion practice
