The Supply organization plays a pivotal role in driving Airbnb’s growth and expansion efforts worldwide. This team recruits and develops Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality Services. By focusing on quality supply and international expansion, the team leads the way for Airbnb’s continued growth and the facilitation of millions more host and guest connections.

The Difference You Will Make:

As a Market Associate, you will support the growth of differentiated service products by helping identify, onboard, and manage high-quality service providers in your assigned territory. You’ll contribute to creating positive Guest and Host experiences by executing core supply acquisition and revenue driving activities, including supporting onboarding, analyzing market data and optimizing hosts/store front.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior market leaders and cross-functional partners while developing strong local market knowledge. You’ll support localized supply initiatives across both established and emerging markets, contribute insights from the field, and grow your skills in marketplace operations, relationship management, and execution as you build toward greater ownership over time.

A Typical Day:

  • Develop strategies to optimize your book of business and drive revenue growth.
  • Execute daily initiatives to optimize a large host portfolio and deliver measurable impact.
  • Leverage data insights to identify and act on strategic opportunities for revenue growth, supporting your decisions with data.
  • Own and nurture your book of business within your territory, ensuring host engagement and representing Airbnb in external meetings.
  • Continuously deepen your knowledge of assigned markets and service categories to inform your strategy and execution.
  • Maintain an understanding of software partner integrations, educate clients on product changes, and relay feedback to internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enable growth and influence business development.

Your Expertise:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, account management, or sales, with demonstrated success in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with Google Sheets & Excel.
  • Excellent execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Effective time management and prioritization in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
