Job Description

ERM is seeking a Northern Mexico Sales Lead.This role is responsible for originating and closing complex sustainability transformation engagements that integrate ESG-related digital platforms, IFRS S1/S2 readiness, and the data and controls architecture necessary for credible disclosures to various stakeholders and assurance preparation.This position is centered on the intersection of sustainability consulting, enterprise technology, and business transformation. It requires sufficient technical fluency to shape solutions in collaboration with ERM's global and local experts, commercial partners and clients, as well as the commercial discipline to manage an end-to-end deal cycle across multiple countries and industries. market demand and converting it into a repeatable pipeline. This role involves the qualification-to-proposal process and building programmatic work with key accounts across multiple phases.**Responsibilities:** **Requirements:** 7 to 12 years of experience in B2B consultative selling and client leadership roles, with significant exposure to sustainability advisory and ESG data/platform programs.
