Position: Online Chat Agent
Naplesjetcenter is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Chat Agent to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance through our online chat platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and timely responses
- Proactively engage with customers to identify and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and promote customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using technology and online chat platforms
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
