The Mission:The Order Picking Specialist serves as the critical link between our yard inventory and our customers' job sites. This position ensures that all outbound material is meticulously processed. Your primary objective is to pull and stage customer orders with 100% accuracy and build safe, stable, and logically-sequenced loads for delivery. You are the engine of outbound velocity, ensuring our builders receive exactly what they need, when they need it.
