• Monitor, diagnose, and treat tree and shrub health issues within a territory.
• Inspect plant material to identify pests, diseases, and other concerns.
• Select and apply appropriate treatments for optimal plant health.
• Prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients on landscape care.
• Operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively.
• Work independently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work independently with responsibility.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment operation.
• Commitment to obtaining required training, certifications, and licenses.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate service-line vehicles.
