The Electrical Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout , ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and coordination with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts
• Drive project profitability through cost control, billing oversight, and change order management
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams to ensure successful execution
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and material deliveries
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, financials, and milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company policies
• Oversee project documentation, invoicing, forecasting, and closeout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Proven background managing commercial electrical projects
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
• Experience working closely with field operations and construction leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with estimating, change orders, and project financials preferred
• Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related background is a plus
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
