Looking for experience with complex commercial real estate matters including:
• Acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
• Debt & equity financing (CMBS, credit facilities, bridge & mezz, private credit)
• Development & construction financings
• Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
• Recapitalizations, restructurings & workouts
• Title, zoning, and due-diligence review
Clients include developers, private equity real estate funds, lenders, REITs, and institutional investors.
We’re working with firms hiring across multiple levels:
Associates & Counsel
• 3–8+ years of real estate transactional, finance, or leasing experience
• Strong drafting and deal-execution skills
• Background with lenders, developers, or PE-backed real estate platforms
Partners
• Established portable book of business
• Desire for stronger economics, better cross-selling, or a deeper platform
Active U.S. bar membership required.
