The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry and is having opening of Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in Maplewood, MN

Position Summary:

Supports global regulatory operations for medical devices and pharmaceutical products across 80+ countries. The role focuses on preparing and managing regulatory documentation, coordinating certificate processing (including notarization and authentication), and ensuring timely, accurate support for international product registrations.

Additional Details:

Pay range: $20 to $ 30/hour on W2 as per your experience

Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global regulatory teams to support product registrations and re-registrations
• Prepare, review, and manage regulatory certificates for international submissions
• Handle notarization, apostille, and consulate authentication of documents
• Track certificate status and maintain accurate documentation records
• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple requests with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Become a certified notary to support document processing needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills for global coordination
• Basic understanding of regulatory documentation processes (preferred)

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
