We are currently partnering with an exceptional district in Hendricks County, IN searching for a dedicated Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

This district is seeking a compassionate provider to provide targeted communication support for students aged 3-5 in an academic setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a student-centered team to help children develop foundational speech and language skills, supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Position Details:

• Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options available) in Hendricks County, IN.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-3:30pm
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
• Grade Levels: Early Childhood, ages 3-5
• Start Date: March 2026
• End Date: June 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy services and interventions to preschool-aged children.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to support early language, social, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for young learners.
• Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to guide instruction and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy services, assessments, and child progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development to promote best practices in preschool speech-language services.
• Contribute to district initiatives supporting early communication development and inclusive preschool environments.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered.
• Speech Language Pathology License in the state of Indiana.
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Pathology endorsement in the state of Indiana.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience, particularly working with preschool-aged students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
