Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for consulting and delivery projects.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent for roles in custom development, cloud, data engineering, UX/UI, QA, and OCM.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and market research.
Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track candidates and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.Develop custom Shopify apps using Node.js, React (Polaris), GraphQL, and Liquid.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies relevant to custom development, cloud, data solutions, UX/UI, QA, and OCM.
Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for niche technical roles in consulting and delivery projects.
Knowledge of diversity hiring practices.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
