Location: USA (Field-Based / Hybrid – Boston, New York & Philadelphia)

Salary: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

Experience: 1–3 Years (Early Career / Entry-Level Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for hungry, high-energy, early-career sales professionals who are eager to break into territory sales and build a successful career.

This is a true entry-level “hunter” role —perfect for individuals who are motivated, resilient, and excited to be out in the field, meeting business owners, and winning new customers.

You will be on the ground 3–4 days a week , actively prospecting, cold calling, and building your own pipeline of restaurant clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and generate new business through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and walk-ins
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline within your territory
  • Pitch and demonstrate Foodhub’s solutions to restaurant owners
  • Close deals and onboard new customers
  • Develop strong local relationships with SMB business owners
  • Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure smooth activation

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, retail, telesales, field sales, or fresh grads with strong sales mindset)
  • High energy, driven, and target-oriented personality
  • Strong communication and confidence in speaking with new people daily
  • Comfortable with rejection and motivated to keep pushing
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a long-term sales career
  • Self-starter mindset with a “go-getter” attitude

Requirements

  • Willingness to work extensively in the field (3–4 days/week)
  • Ability to travel locally within assigned territory
  • Valid driving licence preferred
  • Strong desire to earn commission and exceed targets
