$20.00 - $24.25 per Hour | Full-Time | Graveyard Shift

• 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Five days per week
• Weekends required

What You'll Do

As a Security Patrol Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting our clients, their residents, visitors, and property. Using a company patrol vehicle, you will conduct security inspections, respond to concerns, and help maintain a safe environment throughout your assigned patrol area.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting routine and random patrols of residential and commercial properties.
• Observing and reporting suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Preparing clear, detailed, and accurate incident and activity reports.
• Investigating disturbances and responding professionally to incidents.
• Enforcing private property rules and regulations.
• Communicating effectively with residents, clients, law enforcement, and management.
• Maintaining a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and promote safety.
• Utilizing technology and reporting software to document patrol activities.
• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are dependable, observant, professional, and capable of making sound decisions in a variety of situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age (BPC Section 7582.8)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to obtain or currently possess a California BSIS Guard Card
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background screening requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate reporting software
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
• Knowledge of public safety and security procedures
• Strong observation, documentation, and problem-solving abilities

Typing test will be administered during the interview. A minimum score of 45 WPM is required.
