Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of repair parts as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in phone repair and technical knowledge of cell phones and other electronic devices.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in phone repair or related field.
• Knowledge of CPR Cell Phone Repair processes and systems.
