POSITION – Food Production Worker

JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 2:45am to 1:00pm

STARTING PAY – $20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred

As a Food Production Worker, you will be working in a fast-paced production environment handling food products, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping up with production goals. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Package and prepare food products for shipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus
