Ready Solar is seeking motivated, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.

Your role will focus on connecting with homeowners, creating interest in solar energy solutions, and setting qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.
No solar experience is required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a proven system designed to help you succeed quickly.

Prospect homeowners within assigned neighborhoods and territories
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and potential savings
Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for Solar Consultants
Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication
Represent Ready Solar with a positive and energetic attitude in the field
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer experience and conversion opportunities
Earn $1,000 – $3,000+ per week through competitive pay structures, bonuses, and performance incentives.
No prior solar or sales experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you grow.
Top performers can advance into Solar Consultant, Team Lead, and Management roles.
