Location: Dothan, AL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: Clear Path to $85,000–$95,000+ annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Licensed Master Plumber to join our growing team in Dothan, AL . This is a key leadership role for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and mentoring others.

As a Master Plumber, you will perform complex plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs across residential and commercial projects. You’ll work independently on most jobs while collaborating with other trades when needed, and you’ll play an important role in supporting company growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, pipe failures, sewer and storm drain systems
  • Perform plumbing installations such as water heaters, fixtures, piping, pumps, and filtration systems
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, workmanship, and professionalism on job sites
  • Communicate clearly with customers by explaining issues, presenting options, and answering questions
  • Recommend value-added solutions when appropriate and earn commission on approved services
  • Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and generator teams on cross-functional projects
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior plumbers and apprentices

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Master Plumber License
  • 8+ years of plumbing experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, diagnostics, and installation systems
  • Experience with trenchless sewer repair, advanced leak detection, or modern plumbing technologies preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and perform manual tasks safely
